Step 1) If you use Internet Explorer...
There is a known issue with Internet Explorer 6 & 7 with regards to cookies and sessions.
  • First, and foremost, if you enter the Members site from http://www.gsbor.com, make sure you are accessing it from www.gsbor.com
        (the www is important because Internet Explorer sees gsbor.com and www.gsbor.com as 2 different websites)
  • Second, closing the browser kills the session. Make sure all your your Internet Explorer windows are closed, then open a new window and navigate to http://www.gsbor.com
  • Third, try purging all of the Temporary Internet Files and cookies and close your browser (see Step 2).
  • Lastly, try accessing the members site directly at: http://members.gsbor.com (right-click, Add to Favorites)
